​The Mackenzie County Agricultural Fair & Trade Show is held at the MARA Experimental Farm in Fort Vermilion each August. Steadfast volunteers organize and arrange this annual event with the help of generous sponsors. With no admission fee, locals and tourists alike enjoy this 2-day family friendly event packed with shows, competitions, and entertainment for all ages. The trade show and market vendors are a mixture of both local and out of town businesses who keep coming back each year - not only for networking, but to enjoy a fabulous time in Northern Alberta.
